Facts & Stats About Springfield’s Lodging Industry January-July 2016

July was another record for Springfield hotels with room demand increasing 2.2 percent over last year and occupancy up 5.1 percent. Average daily rate, revenue per available room and room sales all increased as well. It’s definitely looking as if 2016 will be a good year for the city’s hospitality industry!
