Groups Convene in Springfield in Winter Months

Winter is nearly upon us and that means a slower time of year for group business in Springfield. That doesn’t mean, however, that it comes to a halt.

The list below represents groups booked by the Convention & Visitors Bureau as well as groups booked directly through hotels and event venues. It does not represent every group coming to the city. The statistics represent anticipated attendees and room nights and are subject to change.

  • Jan. 17-19 – Missouri Dairy Assoc. Heart of America Dairy Expo, 500 attendees, 320 room nights, venue: not available
  • Feb. 18-20 – Missouri Water Well Assoc. Annual Conference, 190 attendees, 104 room nights, venue: not available
