Reader’s Digest Wants Your Stories of Kindness

All over the country, people are looking after one another in big, big ways that we’ve never seen before. That’s why this year, “Reader’s Digest” is pivoting to Nicest Places in America 2020: United in Kindness.

COVID-19 is no match for us, because when Americans work together, anything is possible. “Reader’s Digest” is already hearing incredible stories about people getting creative to help each other, about towns becoming communities, and communities becoming families. What does that look like in Springfield?

Every story is unique. Tell Springfield’s at rd.com/coronavirus-stories. In addition to coverage online, many of these stories will make it into the print magazine. One place will be honored in every state, so make sure Springfield is considered! Nominations are open until May 31.
